Tractor-pulled compost turner TBU 3P
For restacking trapezoidal compost windrows up to a height of three meters, the TBU 3P is the ideal choice. The restacking procedure is performed in a space-saving way by cutting off compost flanks and moving the cut material to a parallel windrow. The TBU is driven by the power take-off shaft with three-point hitch of a powerful tractor.

The TBU 3P windrow turner in a strong steel construction with four rigid, heavy-duty wheels can be hitched up to a tractor quickly and easily. Hereby, the drum-belt turner is driven by the power take-off shaft of a tractor via a suitable cardan shaft that is provided. The milled-off compost is additionally post-shredded and thrown out on the opposite side to the milling drum by a rubber conveyor belt.

- TBU is driven externally via an existing tractor. The purchase includes the “Walterscheid Powerdrive” PTO shaft with overload clutch (choice of four connection profiles) to match the towing vehicle.

- The milling drum with 26 milling tools and 2 milling chisels ensures very good mixing of the outer and inner windrow layers.
- Many compost components are further broken down by the turning process.
- The result is a significantly accelerated compost maturity and a thoroughly homogeneous compost of the highest quality
