At the VDMA Practical Days at IFAT, J. WILLIBALD is showcasing significant improvements to the EP 5500 SHARK 5 shredder and the FLEXSTAR 3000 EPower electric star screen.

For the SHARK 5, the hydraulics and electronics have been completely redesigned and made even more powerful, whilst the engine range has been expanded to include MAN engines with up to 550 hp. In addition, the modular SHARK system has been expanded to include a 21-tonne two-axle chassis for heavier configurations.

The FLEXSTAR 3000 has also been optimised. The new EPower version operates with a 90 kW electric motor featuring an integrated control cabinet. This has improved efficiency, maintenance and ease of use.

From 2027, WILLIBALD will introduce the ergonomic WILLMA Remote radio control system. It complements the WILLMA operating concept and simplifies monitoring, diagnostics and servicing – for even greater operational reliability.
